In the wake of closures and bankruptcies of coworking spaces nationwide, Apt CoWork introduces their fourth Dallas location. Based out of Utah, Apt CoWork continues to add coworking spaces to unused retail spaces and clubhouses in apartment communities across the country.
Apt CoWork CEO Danielle Noel states that “remote and hybrid work is here to stay but it has it’s drawbacks.” She went on to explain that many workers do not want to work from their own houses where they can be easily distracted, miss out on social time, and experience drops in productivity.
Apt CoWork at Savoye in Addison is the company’s newest addition to their Dallas portfolio. Located centrally to more than five apartment complexes, Apt CoWork at Savoye has amenities tailored to the growing population of Dallas area remote workers.
